SINGAPORE, June 4 (Reuters) - Gambling group Genting International said it has agreed to jointly develop an entertainment centre in the UK for 90 million pounds ($176 million).
Genting's UK unit Genting Stanley will develop the centre, which will include a large casino, spa and hotel, at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, Genting said in a statement.
The deal is not expected to affect Genting's earnings for the financial year ending Dec 2008, the firm said.
